Martin contributes over 20 years of experience working with leading logistics players around the globe.  As an advisor, he has served companies across the different industry segments. While his main focus is on freight forwarding, Martin has also been involved extensively in the areas of air express, SCS, LCL consolidation, cargo airlines, shipping lines, postal services and e-commerce. This included, among others, DHL Global Forwarding, DHL Express, Agility GIL, ECU Worldwide/Allcargo Logistics, SingPost, NOL and ASL airlines “Farnair” & “K-Mile” (Kerry Logistics JV). 

This on a broad set of areas spanning from corporate and business unit strategy, IT strategy, network strategy, mergers & acquisitions, transformation, innovation to software development, business process operations, sales stimulation and post merger integration. 

Before founding his own consulting company “Agovis” in Singapore in 2006, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company Inc., initially based out of Switzerland, moving to Singapore beginning 2000. 

Among others, Martin currently serves as a Non-Executive, Independent Director on the supervisory boards of Allcargo Logistics Ltd. in Mumbai and ECU Worldwide in Antwerp, Belgium.
